A Splendid Antique Gold (silver top) Diamond Necklace with a Heart Shaped Pendant

Details
A ribbon bow set with rose-cut diamonds supporting a large heart shaped pendant with a red enameled back and a floral design set with diamonds on the front. The pendant suspended on gold (silver top) festoons set with diamonds. Finished by a neck chain of knife edged bars alternating by small flowers set with diamonds.
