Auction No. 75 – Special Jewellery Estate

Items bought in Auction no. 75 and shipped abroad will not be charged custom and/or VAT, i.e. the buyer will only be charged hammer price plus commission.

Items bought and picked up in Israel, will bear an additional customs and VAT charge.
Items can be picked up from Zurich - shipping to Switzerland will be under Hammersite's account.

For example: For a lot purchased at a hammer price of $1000, there will be an additional charge of $293 for customs (12%) and VAT (plus the regular commission as stated on the site).

תנאי מכירה מס' 75 – עזבון תכשיטים עתיקים ומודרנים

פריט שנרכש במכירה מס' 75 ויישלח ישירות לחו"ל לא יחויב במכס ו/או מע"מ, כלומר התשלום יהיה עבור מחיר הפטיש והעמלה בלבד.

פריט שנרכש ונאסף בישראל יחויב (בנוסף למחיר הפטיש והעמלה) במכס כנדרש בחוק ובמע"מ על כל הסכום.
ניתן יהיה לאסוף פריטים בציריך - משלוח הפריטים לשוויץ בלבד יהיה על חשבון המרסייט

לדוגמא, פריט שנרכש במחיר פטיש של 1000$, ישלם הקונה מכס (12%) ומע"מ מלא-  סה"כ 293$ (וזאת כאמור בנוסף לעמלת המרסייט כפי שמופיעה באתר).
