Description: A hinged box finely decorated throughout with stylized arabic script, geometric motifs and arabesques in silver and copper inlay and niello. The front with an applied, decorative lock clasp. The inside lined with wood and decorated in the traditional style with exotic wood marquetry.

Condition: Good, most of the niello worn off.
