The front, back cover and spine all pierced, chased and embossed with scrolling leaves and clusters of cornucopia, centered by an embossed heart, engraved with family initials M.E.F and topped by a crown underneath red velvet. The textblock gilt, and the including two pierced, ornate clasps.
Including a book of hymns titled "Himmels Tulipan", Constance 1712. Personally dedicated and featuring several original engravings by Andreas Matthaus Wolfgang and others.
Width: 11 cm; length: 17.5 cm, spine width: 5.5 cm
Notes: Featured in an exhibition in Sweden (date unknown) according to a paper clipping (see image).
