The front cover comprised of a silver gilt plate with a border hammered in a geometric pattern and overlaid with a pierced silver plate ornamented with scrolls among rampant horses, lions and birds. Centered with a medalion engraved in Hebrew. The back cover similarly designed and the spine made of leather accented with silver gilt bars. Fronted by decorative clasps. Containing a prayer "Sidur" book, "Yom Kipuur Katan", Amsterdram, Shlomo Ben Yosef Propps Booksellers, 1714.
