Biography
Meir Gur Arieh (Horodetsky), b. 1891, Russia. Immigrated 1909. Studies: 1907-09 Art School, Lodz; 1909-11 Bezalel, Jerusalem. Teaching: 1918-21 Bezalel. 1923 Workshop for Industrial Design, together with Zeev Raban. Participated in the famous Tower of David Exhibition. 1920 A founder of the Union for Hebrew Art. Died 1951.
