An octagonal bronze base, set on eight figural supports and set with pink marble, mounted with rocaille decorations in ormolu above, a fluted marble column centered by an applied, bronze wreath fitted with a clock. Figural goat heads in bronze, flank both sides of the marble column. The clock topped by a bronze figural group depicting satyrs with a goat. Including an original pendulum and key.
