The front, back cover and spine designed as a pierced silver plate, ornamented with angels playing the lyre among scrolls and flowers. The covers centered by a cartouche embossed with a depiction of the Baptism of Christ on one side and Christ’s Temptation on the other. The interior lined with wood. Marked "N".
