A domed body centered by a round open clock face, decorated with ormolu bows and wreaths and an enamel painted, porcelain plate. The body flanked by two columns decorated in blue enamel accented with gold. Set on a rectangular base, fronted by a porcelain enamel painted plate and topped by a sculptural, enamel painted Sevres urn adorned with ormolu wreaths and acorn shaped top.
