The clock with a round face and Roman numerals, housed in a gilt, bronze cubical case ornamented with applied rosettes and wreathes. Flanked by two sculptural depictions of a young man and woman, respectively, in classical attire and topped by figural wreaths. Set on a rectangular base, fronted by a decoration of a row of applied columns and wreaths and set on four domed supports.
